Refund & Returns Policy (Business Customers)

This policy applies to business customers only. Purchases made for business purposes are governed by the Sale of Goods Act 1979 and Business Contract Terms, not consumer protection legislation.

Returns & Cancellations

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Returns are only accepted where goods are:

• Faulty

• Damaged in transit

• Not as described

• Not fit for their intended purpose

All approved returns must be authorised by us in advance.

Reporting Faulty or Incorrect Goods

You must inspect your order upon receipt. Any issues must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

Please include:

• Order number

• Description of the issue

• Photographic evidence where applicable

Failure to notify us within this period may result in the return being refused.

Return Process

If your return is approved:

• We will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label

• Returns must be sent to the following address:

Items returned without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Condition of Returned Goods

Returned goods must be:

• In their original condition (unless faulty)

• Complete with original packaging where reasonably possible

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if goods show signs of misuse, alteration, or damage after delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable unless faulty:

• Custom or bespoke products

• Special orders

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

• Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Refunds

Where a return is approved:

• We will inspect the returned goods

• If confirmed faulty or non-compliant, we will issue either:

  • A refund, or

  • A replacement (at our discretion)

   

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
